Northern Ireland’s Finance Minister has again refused to state that Paul Quinn was not a criminal.
Today marks the 13th anniversary of the 21 year old in Oram, Castleblayney.
Sinn Féin’s Conor Murphy has been criticised by the Quinn family for comments he made, claiming Paul was involved in criminality.
Despite numerous calls for him to retract the comments he has not done so.
Yesterday in the Northern Ireland Assembly Minister Murphy was asked by the TUV’s Jim Allister if he would state that Paul Quinn was not a criminal.
