Cavan and Mullingar hospitals are among three listed as having no vacant general or critical care beds according to the HSE.
Its latest Covid-19 acute hospital operation report shows the two local hospitals and St Vincent's in Dublin are the only facilities with no general or critical care beds available.
Nine other hospitals have no vacant general beds and seven have no critical beds free.
The breakdown shows hospitals becoming busier as non-Covid related healthcare restarts after the pandemic.
The report shows Cavan General was treating two patients with Covid-19.
The data from the HSE relates to beds available at the publication of the report yesterday evening.
